Our practice consultations are managed by appointment only, A standard consultation is 15 minutes and all consultations are managed by appointment only. If patients have numerous or complex issues to discuss with the doctor, long consultations of 30 minutes are highly recommended. Please discuss with the receptionist what would be an appropriate time for your appointment and the applicable fees.

We make every effort to see you at your allocated appointment time, on occasions emergencies do arise which require management and we appreciate our patients understanding and patience.

If you require a referral to a medical specialist, a consultation with a doctor is necessary.  It is important that the referral is appropriate and the relevant medical information is included for the specialist.

Repeat Prescriptions:

In virtually all cases you will be required to make an appointment with your doctor for a repeat prescription.  This ensures that our practitioners meet their medico-legal obligations to patients to ensure prescriptions are appropriate.
